Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Automation Team Leader. You will lead a talented team responsible for building and optimizing marketing notification flows across various channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, in-app inboxes, and in-app modals.
Your role is critical in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns while constantly seeking innovative ways to improve the customer journey aiming conversion and retention.
What Will You Do?
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing automation specialists.
- Create, manage, and optimize marketing notification flows to engage and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conducting A/B tests to improve conversion and retention rates.
- Develop and execute strategies for communication flows to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation with overall business goals.
- Plan and prioritize tasks for the team, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
- Hands-on involvement in email marketing, copywriting, and product analysis to deliver value and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements
Key Skills Required
- English at a professional level
- Proven experience in marketing automation and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Blueshift, Braze) and product analysis tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for copywriting and team communication.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Additional Skills Preferred
- Being conversant with crypto and forex markets.
