Job Overview
The purpose of the job is to oversee and manage the SEO team and develop and implement effective SEO strategies to optimize the online presence of the company/brand, increase organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.
What Will You Do?
- Lead and Manage SEO Team:
- Supervise, mentor, and guide the SEO team members, ensuring the team is aligned with the company’s goals.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as necessary.
- Develop and Implement SEO Strategies:
- Create, plan, and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and search engine algorithm updates.
- Keyword Research and Optimization:
- Conduct extensive keyword research to identify high-volume and relevant keywords.
- Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and content for selected keywords.
- Website Analysis and Optimization:
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify areas of improvement and optimize website structure, performance, and content.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Link Building and Content Promotion:
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to enhance off-page SEO.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content and promote it effectively to earn backlinks and social shares.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare regular SEO reports, detailing performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Client Interaction and Communication:
- Communicate SEO strategies and goals to internal stakeholders and/or clients.
- Address any concerns or queries related to SEO and provide solutions to problems as they arise.
- Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver SEO training to other departments and ensure SEO best practices are adhered to throughout the company.
- Stay informed about industry developments and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
Key Skills Required
- Proven experience in SEO with a track record of successfully optimizing websites.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficient in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- At least intermediate English - PLEASE SEND YOUR CV IN ENGLISH!
Additional Skills Preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with CMS like WordPress, and SEO plugins.
- Knowledge of content marketing and social media.
