• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of growth and development.
• Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and support career progression.
• Recruit, hire, and retain engineering talent.
• You'll have an opportunity to work with the following technology stack: AWS, K8S, Terraform, Go, NoSql (Couchbase, MongoDB), Jenkins / ArgoCD
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and drive strategic initiatives.
• Manage the timelines for product objectives, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Encourage the adoption of new technologies and practices.
• Uphold high standards in code quality, system design, and architectural decisions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Drive technical discussions and decision-making processes.
• Implement and refine engineering processes to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
• Facilitate agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure alignment of engineering processes with company goals and objectives.

• At least 2 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary Agile development teams, preferably in a product setting.
• Technical practices such as continuous integration, automated testing, release management, and performance monitoring
• You should be able to effectively prioritize and plan, and demonstrate the capability to work well under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
• Technological team leadership, planning and agreeing on engineering activities, and aligning product priorities with the Product Manager.
• MS in Computer Science (or an equivalent degree)
• Extensive experience in hiring and developing high-performing software engineers.
• Good level of English B2 or higher.
