Bank/Receipt Reconciliation Clerk (Regulated Accounts)

Reconcile accounts receivable records with bank deposits using Kyriba. Verify and reverse wrong entries in the system for bank deposits and payments. Reconciles the information booked in Accounting System (Oracle) with the bank statement (daily). Notify AR Manager and AR Supervisors of any bounced transactions or fees and ensure follow-up action as and when necessary. Ensure all transactions for the monthly period were accounted for at month end and close within the expected time. Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in clerical reconciliation activities.We would like to see:

• MUST KNOW EXCEL AND SHOULD BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH).
• Must possess strong math skills and a solid understanding of finances
• Ability to navigate computer software.
• Computer Skills.
• You should be analytical, flexible, organized, and resilient when trying to resolve daily differences.
• Team collaboration skills; ability to demonstrate effective leadership while working as part of a team
