Chief Accountant / Financial Controller
IDT, Belarus

• Preparation of financial statements and tax reports in compliance with the Belarus regulatory requirements (HTP, Statistic, Taxation, Annual financial reporting).
• Payroll processing and reporting.
• Monthly Local accounting US GAAP transformation reporting (Accruals, Cost allocations, Capitalization, Reconciliation, Intercompany transactions).
• Oversee and analyze all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, funding, purchasing.
• Other accounting and financial work: bookkeeping of primary documentation, developing various Excel models, revision, adjustments and set-ups of the company processes.
• Provide financial guidance to the executive team to support business decision-making.
• Leading the support team.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings.
• Stay up-to-date on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.

• 3+ years of experience on the positions of Chief accountant, Deputy Chief accountant.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Advanced level of Excel, be great at using various formulas and automations, Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance.
• DipIFR, CIMA, ACCA, Auditor/Tax consultant qualification will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local legislation, including HTP legislation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (1C Enterprise 8, 1 Payroll 8, Oracle, SAP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
