It was founded as a brokerage firm in 1997 and has since grown into a diverse group of companies, brokers, dealers, educational and IT-development centers which allows the group to operate globally, target 27 countries and serve clients from 120 countries.
What Will You Do?
We are seeking a WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript). Experience with high-performance themes development (technical SEO) is strongly preferred.
Requirements
Key Skills Required
- Rock solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
- Rest API development for mobile developers
- Strong UX fundamentals
- Git amp; Docker environments
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
- Sage experience
Additional Skills Preferred- Focus on SEO and high-performance front-end development
- Basic DevOps knowledge (WP Engine, AWS)
- Experience working for publishers and/or news media outlet
- Trello based project management
- Experience writing automated tests and using CI/CD tools
- Proactive. Somebody who is interested in improving the overall traffic suggesting new ideas
