- Create a unified culture for the BY office where new employees and more tenured employees alike feel they are all part of one team.
- Take the role as the site leader for Belarus and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in Israel and the US.
- Accelerate the pace on delivering development work; tripling the current velocity of completing stories.
- Grow the staff in Belarus to 20 or more.
- Create several well-organized teams.
- Work with internal stakeholders to map client requirements and build it into our software architecture.
What You've Done
- Have at least 10 years’ prior experience leading engineering teams of at least 20 people in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; at least 5+ years’ with global tech company (not outsourcing company).
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and engage technical talent to see beyond their day-to-day tasks and connect the work to larger success of the Company.
- Worked closely with products teams; understood and communicated client requirements and software solution architecture.
- Fluency in English and proven ability to work in a global environment.
