Job Description
In this newly created position of a Process Manager, you see yourself as a driving force and are passionate about innovative and smart processes. As a generalist with strong communication skills, you feel at home in process analysis and optimization and drive forward interdisciplinary change processes in a global company in a target-oriented manner.
As a Process Manager, you actively contribute to the implementation of our strategy. By using modern tools and methods, you identify opportunities for optimization and implement them in collaboration with the other departments.
Process Manager role include also the following activities:
- Analysis and further development of existing processes and workflows
- Coordination of all change requests with and for internal and external stakeholders
- Implementing, tracking, and refining changes
- Aligning and coordinating cross-functional change initiatives
- Define, classify, document, and maintain use case driven technical requirements
- Creation and maintenance of internal documentation
- Monitoring and evaluation of projects delivery
- Ensuring high product quality
Requirements
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and resources in tight deadlines.
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge in process documentation and visualization
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence desirable
- Ability to see the big picture and be crucial to details
- Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Min. 2 years of work experience in a comparable position
- English: level advanced +
Complimentary skills:
