Job Description

Altoros, an established provider of software development services and a Hi-Tech Park resident, is looking for a Business Development Operations Specialist.

Basic Qualifications

  • Upper-intermediate oral and written English
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in IT and/or Sales/Account Management with English-speaking customers
  • Knowledge of Google Products: Google Documents, Google Sheets
  • Google Calendar, Google Slides
  • Experience working in a multinational fast-paced environment
  • Experience in drafting marketing/sales collateral: presentations, service briefs, slides
  • Experience in working with unstructured information and with databases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment
  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cross functionally, and manage multiple inputs from different teams to a single deliverable

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Working with global customers and partners
  • Assisting with pre-sales, business development and partner activities (drafting presentations, working with cross-functional teams, collecting information within the company, preparing sales/marketing collateral)
  • Scheduling events
  • Assisting with driving sales and partnership opportunities to success
  • Preparing reports and logging information into CRM and other reporting systems
  • Manage sales/partner activities and opportunities
  • Working with senior management to help drive completion of key deliverables, following up on outstanding items
  • Driving key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, various reporting spreadsheets, etc.)
