Responsibilities
- Perform full cycle recruiting delivery process on Altoros job requisitions
- Meet or exceed Altoros hiring goals
- Report key hiring and pipeline matrixes
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent for Altoros open positions
- Secure candidates pipeline utilizing appropriate recruitment tools, industry contacts, social networks, job boards, etc.
- Knowledge sharing and mentoring peers in regards to best and most effective recruitment practices and tools
- Participate in all PO department’s activities
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment area in IT sphere
- Intermediate+ English level
- Result-driven, team-player
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Influencing and negotiating skills
