Job Description

People Team (HR) is responsible for People at Inspectorio, aka Inspectorians! Our mission is to make Inspectorio a unique place to work, a place where Inspectorians feel welcome, connected, recognized, motivated, empowered, and one where Inspectorians are growing and developing everyday. We make this happen by continuously improving People processes from Hiring, Onboarding to Performance Management, Professional Development, Compensation amp; Benefit, Engagement amp; Communication, until Offboarding.

As a Senior Manager - People Team, you would play key role in this important and exciting journey. You are responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of People Team function in your regions, as well as People Team global activities and strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

OVERALL

  • Manage end-to-end People Team/HR policies and processes in Belarus/EMEA and Americas.
  • Support Head of People Team in global strategy, policies, processes, and initiatives.
  • Be responsible for Performance and Development of People Team members in Belarus/EMEA and Americas.

HIRING AND ONBOARDING

  • Work with Department Heads and Key Leaders on respective Hiring plan.
  • Work with respective People Team members (Recruiters) on suitable Sourcing plan and Hiring process execution to attract talents on-time-in-full.
  • Work with respective People Team members in New Employee Onboarding process to ensure they feel welcome, ready, and help them integrate successfully.
  • Define and facilitate Employer Branding amp; Hiring Marketing plan to enhance company’s presence in the market and attract more talents on various channels.

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP

  • Partner with Executive Team and Key Leaders on people topics along with Head of People Team to drive towards business success.
  • Connect with Managers on a frequent basis to consult, provide guidance on People topics, including Performance Management, Professional Development, Team Connection, Manager Success.
  • Connect and support Managers during Performance Review cycles (Mid Year/Year End Review, Mini Review).
  • Connect and support Managers during their integration into new role/new team.

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT amp; DEVELOPMENT, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

  • Work with respective People Team members to drive Employee Engagement events both locally and globally, both in-person and virtual setting, i.e Friday events, Company trip, Year End party, other team building activities, etc.
  • Drive respective Internal Communication activities to ensure all the communications from People Team are delivered on time in full.
  • Drive respective Employee Development activities.
  • Work closely with Head of People Team, Executive Team and Key Leaders to drive Performance Management process across regions and levels.
  • Work closely with Head of People Team, Executive Team to drive Leadership Development plan and initiatives.

OPERATIONS FOR BELARUS/EMEA AND AMERICAS

  • Keep up with respective local legislations to ensure compliance of Office Administration and HR Policies/Processes.
  • Work with respective internal and external parties to ensure Payroll, Compensation and Benefit Management is delivered on time in full.
  • Work with respective People Team members in managing office facilities and asset management.
  • Work with respective People Team members in HR Documentation and Data Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experiences.
  • Solid HR experiences in international companies, preferable in IT/Tech industry.
  • Solid experience in Hiring.
  • Solid experience in Project Management, Process Improvement, HR Planning.
  • Solid experience in HR partnership with Executive and Senior Leaders level.
  • Experience in managing HR team members.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication is a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Social Media channels.
  • Tech-savvy.
