• Active recruiting of IT specialists (Java, .NET, JS developers, QA specialists, DevOps etc.)
• Effective use of professional social media in your work. networks, work with the internal base Huntflow
• Research of the labor market of IT specialists
• Conducting welcoming HR interviews
• Creation of detailed vacancies, data collection
• Thinking through and implementing new ideas to improve the HR brand and attract candidates
• Support people managers with employee relations issues, providing subject matter expertise on any situations which may arise, in line labour law, best practice in the local market and company policy.

Requirements

• Experience in IT recruiting at least 1 year
• Intermediate+ English (both verbal/written)
• Love for recruiting, passion at work
• Politeness and openness
• Sense of humor and measure
• Warm attitude towards technical specialists
• Broad outlook and creativity
