Requirements

- Base programming knowledge.
- Ability to code in basic stuff.
- Ability to work with technical documentation.
- English level Intermediate+
- Knowledge of PHP or Javascript will be an advantage.
Our Technical Support Administrator role includes the following activities:
- Administration customer service process via specific CS tools (Zendesk, Convrs and etc).
- Supporting Customer Service agents with using CS tools (fix issues, create profiles, etc).
- Creation and maintenance of automation Customer Service workplace.
