Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple work streams and resources in tight deadlines.
• Logical and analytical skills as well as strong communication skills.
• Base programming knowledge.
• Ability to code in basic stuff.
• Ability to work with technical documentation.
• English level Intermediate+
• Knowledge of PHP or Javascript will be an advantage.

Our Technical Support Administrator role includes the following activities:

• Administration customer service process via specific CS tools (Zendesk, Convrs and etc).
• Supporting Customer Service agents with using CS tools (fix issues, create profiles, etc).
• Creation and maintenance of automation Customer Service workplace.
