Protofire is a team of engineers, which helps decentralized protocols and developer platforms to accelerate growth of their ecosystems. By delivering hands-on coding and contributions, Protofire specializes in supercharging developer adoption and network usage. Our team works on applications, elaborate smart contracts, robust developer tools (SDKs/APIs/sample apps), or simply improve performance/cost of oracles.
Protofire works exclusively with entrepreneurs who are builders of decentralized infrastructure protocols, applications, and ecosystems.
Requirements
- Cloud expertise - at least with one of three listed clouds: AWS (preferably), GCP, Azure.
- Hashicorp stack, especially Terraform and Consul
- Developing automation modules, preferably with Ansible
- Understanding of high availability, scalability, resilience, app performance, and security in the cloud
- Experience in Linux maintenance, monitoring, optimizations
- Experience in sh, ash and BASH scripting
- Strong understanding of containerization and container orchestration technologies (Docker, Docker-compose, containerd, Kubernetes)
- Strong communication skills, multitasking
- English - upper-intermediate and higher
Nice to have (otherwise can be learned while working with us):
- Blockchain - highly desired
- GoLang or Node.JS - highly desired
- AWS certifications as a plus
- Cross-clouds integrations
You will be:
- Working with leading blockchain companies, communicating with customers, providing automation in the cloud services.
- Participating in design and creation of infrastructures compatible with cloud best-practices, such as the AWS Well Architected Framework.
- Working independently on establishing advanced monitoring solutions based on ELK and Grafana stacks.
- Containerizing workloads to make infrastructure robust and flexible
