We are looking for the person who will help WEB product owner to manage feature projects across functional teams and business units in a global environment marketing team, content optimization team, design team, customer support, translation, compliance, legal teams, sales teams.
Requirements
Project manager role include also the following activities:
- organize localization and translations of new development features
- coordinate feature projects rollouts and deployments
- collect and analyse customer feedback from new and existing product features
- collect and analyse internal feedback (customer support and sales teams) from new
- and existing product features
- write new features documents regarding usage manuals, support process, problem resolution manuals
- collect and analyse data on existing product and new features
Skills Required:
- strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple work streams and
- resources in tight deadlines.
- monitoring and evaluation of projects delivery.
- basic knowledge of Web Analytics
- experience with JIRA/Confluence and/or other Project Management tools.
- English level upper-intermediate +
- great communication skills
- ability to see the big picture and be crucial to details
Complimentary skills:
- online marketing experience (Online advertising, SMM, design, UX, conversion and
- SEO optimisation).
- knowledge of Content Management Systems.
- experience in Digital Marketing.
