Job Description

We currently have an opening for an experienced, ambitious and highly motivated Software Development Manager to join our expanding Agile / Scrum development team in Minsk. The successful candidate will join a highly professional team of Software Engineers that uses state-of-the-art technologies like: Cloud technologies, Microservices, Java EE, Spring, etc. to implement challenging IT software projects.

As a Software Development Manager you will have the opportunity to explore, drive and apply the latest development tools/technologies. As part of a friendly team you will work closely with highly professional full-stack software developers / engineers. As part of an international company you will contribute to challenging IT software projects for major international public organizations and institutions. Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Expand and lead a team of motivated software engineers in the design, development, test and deployment of applications;
  • Collaborate with other professionals to determine requirements for applications;
  • Facilitate interaction and appropriate communication between teams;
  • Develop high-level product specifications;
  • Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards;
  • Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development team;
  • Coach and guide developers and engineers;
  • Present, communicate and interact with project stakeholders.


  • MSc or BSc degree in computer science, software engineering or related technical field or equivalent work experience;
  • 5+ years of experience building and leading development teams that design and deliver highly reliable and scalable systems;
  • Experience in delivering software products using Agile / Scrum methodologies;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English(knowledge of French or German will be appreciated);
  • Experience in Web services, RESTful services with Spring, JPA, Hibernate, Angular, etc;
  • Excellent knowledge of software design and architecture;
  • Pay attention to detail;
  • Organizational and leadership skills.
