Role description:The project is for a large international pharma company. It is about building a platform for a Health care professionals’ (HCP) digital engagement. It involves uniting a diverse variety of websites, like many different HCP websites, patient and caregiver websites, and other stakeholder websites, into a single ecosystem to support Health care professionals with the best information and content, including patient support materials.From the technical standpoint it means contribution into content-centric AEM application which is used to run about 250 sites and integrated with external customer identity and access management (CIAM) solution.This role is established to participate in Customer's initiatives requiring an expert knowledge and experience in AEM development; to lead the Viseven’s AEM team towards building quality and efficient solutions meeting clients’ expectations; to build the AEM competence within the company.Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs in AEM development for Customer through interviewing stakeholders at the client side.
- Elaborate with the client on the requirements and suggested solution, provide clear argumentation and communicate to the client, management and the team the benefits of suggested solution as well as required effort and timelines.
- Lead the team from the technical standpoint toward building solutions according to clients’ expectations, make sure that client receives the highest quality service from the technical standpoint.
- Document requirements specifications and suggested solution, create and maintain technical documentation on the projects and the knowledge base of solutions and best practices.
- Develop an AEM competence in the company by training and coaching team members.
