JOB SUMMARY

People Team (HR)?is responsible for People at Inspectorio, aka Inspectorians! Our mission is to make Inspectorio a unique place to work, a place where Inspectorians feel welcome, connected, recognized, motivated, empowered, and one where Inspectorians are growing and developing every day. We make this happen by continuously improving People processes from Hiring, Onboarding to Performance Management, Professional Development, Compensation amp; Benefits, Engagement amp; Communication, until Offboarding.

As a?People Operations Specialist, you are part of this important and exciting journey. Your main responsibilities will be on Administration, Benefits Execution, Employee Data amp; Documentation. Besides, you would support various activities within the People when needed.

Requirements

Office amp; Facilities management

  • Office procurement, cleaning amp; security services arrangement
  • Asset management amp; maintenance: coordinate with IT in laptop/working equipment management, including procurement, inventory management, etc.
  • Manage vendor relationships, reviewing services contracts, renewals, and rates (ex: janitorial, supplies, food amp; beverage, security, building lease, technical support, subscriptions, etc.)
  • Business travel management: handle itinerary, visa, transportation (air ticket booking, etc.), hotel arrangement, etc.
  • Relocation management for foreign employees: Visa/Work Permit/Residency and related processes where applicable.
  • Ensures all staff members have the necessary supplies and resources to perform roles successfully
  • Coordinate food and beverage as needed, purchase of supplies
  • Other administrative and ad-hoc tasks where needed.


EMPLOYEE DATA amp; DOCUMENTATIONS amp; BENEFITS

  • Contract and payment management: coordinate with Finance amp; Accounting to ensure contract and payment are handled on time in full and complied with local/global legislations.
  • Responsible for administering Benefits following global and local policies on time in full
  • Communicate and advise managers and employees of changes and developments related to Benefits on time in full
  • Understand and maintain local knowledge and practices for Labor Law, Tax Compliance, Social Insurance, Trade Union, etc.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and best practices in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Implement and maintain employee Data and Documents related to payroll and benefits on a real-time, accurate, and compiled basis.
  • Ensure adherence to all Employee Data amp; Document Retention, Reporting and Audit requirements
  • Have experience in working with local Government departments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


GENERAL SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE TEAM

  • Provide support to employees in various People Team related topics.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of People Team policies amp; processes, Data Management.
  • Provide support in Projects amp; ad-hoc tasks where needed.


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent practical experiences.
  • At least 3 years related experiences in international companies, preferable in IT/Tech industry.
  • Solid experience in local Payroll amp; Benefits execution.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven track record of maintaining employee confidentiality

COMPETENCIES

  • Organized, with attention to details with the ability to deliver quality output whilst working under pressur
